INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Ripe Bananas
  • 1/4 Cup Blackberries
  • 1/4 Cup Blueberries
  • 1/4 Cup Raspberries
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. Chia Seed
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey
  • Flavor (Optional): Vanilla, cinnamon, etc.

DIRECTIONS:
